Agnesian HealthCare is dedicated to providing the highest quality care, and patient engagement is integral to this. Our patient portal, eHealth, allows patients access to their clinic records, labs and radiology studies. Provider notes have been available since May, 2015. Our goal is to put every possible tool in place that empowers patients to strive toward better and more informed healthcare.
Agnesian HealthCare’s mission of “Simply the Best” began in 1896 and proudly continues to serve Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and its surrounding communities. We are an integrated health delivery system comprised of the 168 bed St Agnes Hospital and two critical access hospitals, Waupun Memorial Hospital and Ripon Medical Center. There are 19 primary and specialty regional clinics as well as a free standing surgical center.
