University of Missouri Health Care began sharing notes with patients on Jan. 6, 2015. Notes are available on MU Health Care’s patient portal for most outpatient visits dating back to Dec. 1, 2014.
MU Health Care is a member of the Tiger Institute Health Alliance, a health exchange allowing MU physicians to share patients’ up-to-date electronic medical records with providers from other health care organizations in central Missouri.
MU Health Care includes five hospitals, a network of more than 50 primary and specialty clinics located throughout mid-Missouri, and approximately 6,000 physicians, nurses and health care professionals serving patients throughout Missouri.
