Through its Primary Care Network, Nationwide Children’s offers community-based physician services at 12 centers for children ages birth to 21 year of age to keep pediatric patients healthy with regular physical exams, vision, hearing and general development checks, and childhood diseases immunizations. The Nationwide Children’s Primary Care Network is one of the largest hospital-owned pediatric primary care networks in the U.S. and has received recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
