At Winding Waters, we’ve been caring for our community for more than forty years. We’re a non-profit Community Health Center committed to meeting the complete primary care needs of the residents and visitors of Wallowa County, Oregon. Our team provides primary medical, behavioral and dental health care in our four outpatient clinics, the local critical access hospital, at community partner locations, and in patients’ homes.
