Under the leadership of Dr. Fabienne Bourgeois, Boston Children’s Hospital is using the OpenNotes Reporting Tool to study the effects of providing patients and families the ability to give feedback about the content of their notes, including identifying confusion about the care plan and inaccuracies in the record.
