Steven Lane is a practicing primary care physician and clinical informaticist at Sutter Health in Northern California, where for more than 30 years he has championed the use and exchange of electronic health information to improve health and healthcare for all. Steven serves on the Health IT Advisory Committee for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT, The Sequoia Project Board of Directors, the Carequality Steering Committee, and the HIMSS Interoperability & Health Information Exchange Committee.
