Tobias is a neuroscientist and physician-researcher, who always cared about activating and empowering patients, with behavior change and medical communication as his focus. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Tobias has been collaborating with the OpenNotes team for almost a decade — as a Harkness Fellow and visiting professor of medicine at Harvard, co-chair at Salzburg Global Seminars, or in various studies. Tobias founded the first University Clinic for Primary Care in Germany, with OpenNotes at its core.
